Amazing view of Arthur’s Seat from our room and a spacious superior room made it a fantastic trip!

Rooms not serviced well on one day,

Great breakfast and service, but check-in was frustratingly slow.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Royal Mile and visited the Castle, both just a short tram ride away. The hotel was ideally located, and our room had a stunning skyline view. Great comfy beds and friendly staff made it a memorable stay.

One downside was the parking situation. It was not well communicated, leading to some frustrating moments trying to find a place to drop off our luggage. This could really be improved for a better experience.

I stayed in the Collection Premium Room Skyline View, and the views of the city were just stunning! The room was spacious and stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfy, and I slept really well. Only downside was that the coffee machine took a while to get going, which was a bit annoying. But overall, the room made for a great stay!

Spacious room, friendly staff, with a big walk-in shower and a coffee machine that made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, especially being just a 10-minute walk to major attractions.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was just fantastic—hot food cooked to order! One little hiccup with the coffee supplies, but that was easily fixed. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!

The location was super convenient, and the staff? Super friendly. Our Junior Suite was roomy, perfect for us and our kids. Loved the little touches like the fresh water bottles and toiletries. The gym was spotless too! Just wish the bar had a bit more vibe, it felt kinda dark sometimes.

The room offered breathtaking views of iconic landmarks like Arthur's Seat and St Giles Cathedral. Amenities included a comfy king bed, a walk-in shower, and a coffee machine that actually worked well. The location on the Royal Mile made it super easy to explore nearby attractions. Definitely loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

i really enjoyed my stay at the radisson. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old city, right off the royal mile. the front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming, making my experience even better. i loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel!

I stayed at the Radisson Collection and really loved the location on the Royal Mile. It's a perfect spot, close to the castle and plenty of great bars and restaurants. The views from the junior suite were stunning, especially of Arthur’s Seat and the old town. The room was spacious with modern decor. Housekeeping was efficient and kept everything clean. I faced a lot of confusion during check-in. I was not informed about the breakfast hours or other vital details. The coffee machine in the room was complicated to operate. I had to figure it out myself after a long journey. I found breakfast options numerous but not particularly fulfilling. The dining atmosphere felt quite bland, as it didn’t have the lively vibe I expected from a hotel of this standard. I wish the staff had communicated better about the closed facilities like the bar and restaurant. I had a pleasant stay, but communication could definitely improve.

Just a nice choice for a trip in Edinburgh with fantastic value. The shower in the room was fabulous with two heads for variety. Make sure to check all amenities in advance to avoid any surprises.

we had a fab stay at the radisson collection! the location was super central, just a short walk to the castle n other cool sights. breakfast was really tasty, with lots of options n the staff was friendly n helpful. our room was cozy with great skyline views, very comfy bed too! overall, a nice blend of modern and classic vibes.

but check-in took way too long and our room was kinda small for a 5 star place.

Couples looking for a quiet getaway

The staff were exceptionally caring and friendly, even went the extra mile when they surprised my girlfriend with a birthday cake in our room. Plus, the walk-in shower was top-notch, felt like a mini spa treatment every time I used it!
